I am having some problem with your JR-T03S Pro. Airbuds are not working. Whenever I am charging the case, it blinks red for 2-3 seconds and then becomes green. But no response from airbuds. Whenever I open the lid, it is not responsive and doesn’t connect to any device. Please send me a solution ASAP.

How to reset Joyroom T03s pro?

Hi,
I am using Jr-t03s. But facing problem. The led is not lightening. Even the lid is open and the airpods are drawn out. Only connecting to a device once the joyroom is connected to a power supply. Else there is no led flash. The indicator show orange light on charger connection mode for some seconds and then white blink 2 -3 times and then no light at all.
What’s the problem kindly address the issue ASAP.

How come your company make one product and you say you are not selling on companies official website is this a joke ? Either you tell people it’s totally fake don’t buy JR T03S Pro or either solve the issue but as a big brand This should not be like this.
