Althogh the watch has a great design, it shocked me with many drawbacks and missing functions like:
1- no notification center at the hour or quick access to it or to the messages
2- The watch powered of without any warnings once it hit 30%
3- It lacks a simple but important feature that was present in much older Joyroom models, which is the press-to-record voice function on the phone.
4- The screen wake up time when the hand raises is slow and does not work well
5-App interface is too poor and needs many updates and is specifically designed for the watch
6- Lacks compass, tap to wakeup, auto brightness, the app (da fit) is very poor
7- The available AOD options are very limited and not user-friendly.
8- Button customization: Currently, I am unable to customize the side buttons
9- I also think the battery was not as good as expected, based on your claims that it lasts for 10 days of normal use.
10- Customer service don't respond quickly. You should respond to your customer ASSP

It seems the watch is not fully compatible with the iPhone because the bluetooth call feature keeps disconnecting. Please let me know if there is a solution for this problem. Thanks

I am still waiting for the revolutionary update that will make the watch easy to use, such as customizing the button and providing a shortcut to access messages, such as swiping from bottom to top, or swiping from left to right, or from right to left (swiping from right to left or from left to right gives the same result, which makes the watch lack a shortcut for quickly accessing messages).
We need this update immediately as a temporary solution to fix the problem of quick access to messages.
I believe this update won't take long for the Joyroom technical support team.
