Replacement 3M pads

I bought this about a year ago and cannot seem to find the replacement 3M pads for this specific car mount. They only give you 2. With the Texas heat, if will come off.

Slid right off the dash in the heat

I bought this and used it for a month or so. It was working fine until the summer heat and it doesn't stay adhered to the dash and slid right off. I just left an email with the company inquiring about a solution or replacement. I think the suction or vent mount might be a better option.
