How to buy original JOYROOM products?

Recently, we have received many messages from Saudi Arabia about how to check whether JOYROOM products are original. As an ordinary customer, you must understand the following things:
① Go to an officially approved store to purchase JOYROOM products.
② Keep the purchase invoice when you purchased JOYROOM products.
③ Don’t be greedy for super cheap prices, and don’t buy from unknown stores or mobile sellers.
④ When you are buying JOYROOM products, please check whether the packaging is intact, and ask the owner about the after-sales service and warranty period.
⑤ Please note that under consumer law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, consumers have the right to repair defective goods from the seller free of charge, and if the defect is re-occurring, a replacement of the goods. These rights expire two years from the date of purchase.

If you really don’t know how to identify JOYROOM products purchased in Saudi Arabia, we welcome you to send us the complete product you purchased, and we will inspect it for you. If it is a fake product after inspection, we can issue an official identification report of the product and the JOYROOM authorization letter send them to you together with the fake product. You can hold these evidences to claim against the seller. If the seller does not handle it, you can call the Saudi Consumer Complaint Center to file a complaint and retain your legal rights.
