Q1- is it easy to do Pairing operation?
Yes. When you are open the charging box, It will automatically power it on. And then open the Bluetooth and search “JR-T13” on your phone. You can freely switch the left and right earphones. When you take off the left earphone and use the right earphone, there is no need to repeat the pairing.After the first pairing is successful, it will automatically connect after taking out the headset during the next connection. Say goodbye to tedious manual connection.

Q2- Can I use it during exercise?
One of the main reasons people choose to buy true wireless headphones is to eliminate the hassle of adjusting wires and being tethered to a device while working out. T13 wireless headphones are suitable for exercise and are water- and sweat-resistant to a certain degree. This means you can put your device down, listen to music, and enjoy having the freedom to use or move around the gym unrestricted.

Q3- How to turn off the earphones?
When you put earphones back in the Box, long press the left/right earphone for about 8 seconds. And if 3 minutes without connecting any phones, it will automatically power off.

Q4- How to operate during music time and how can i use Siri ?
When you want to play/pause the music or answer/hang-up, you can click the earphone touch area. If you want to switch to the last song or the next song, you can double click the left/right earphone touch area.
Only need to long press the Earphone for 2s. You do not need to take out the phone to operate the Siri or voice assistant.

Q5- How do I know the charging status?
When the earphone's battery is within 52%-100%, the charging case will display a green light, and when it is 13%-52%, it will display a white light. When the white light flashes, it proves that you should charge your earphones. At this time, your earphone's battery is below 13%. When your earphones are charging, the white light on the charging box will stay on. When the headset is fully charged, the white light will disappear.

And that's about it!

Oh! Forgot to mention!This earphone can also be connected to your computer/laptop, as long as your computer/laptop have Bluetooth function to connect.

I am Singaporean, when on Holiday in Penang(Malaysia), I bought this JoyRoom JR-T13 Pro. When back in Singapore, when I used it both together, music did come out, but occasions another sound come out for 1 or 2 second and then cut off. It seems that one of yhe plug is not functioning. Maybe, I do not know how to adjust it, Can advice how to adjust it both working together. Thanks
